General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ba89 platform and all of its services. ba89 is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and ba89. Accessing any part of the platform, creating an account, or using any service means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1.1 Order of Precedence

Alongside these general terms, ba89 may publish separate special terms for specific games, bonuses, or promotions. Where a conflict exists between such special terms and these general terms, the special terms will take precedence, but only with respect to that specific matter.

1.2 Language

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If these terms are published in multiple languages in the future, the Bengali version will be considered final in the event of any interpretive dispute.

Eligibility Requirements & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services at ba89:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a real individual; creating accounts through corporate entities or automated programs is prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Financial transactions must be made using a bank or mobile banking account registered in your own name.

2.1 Account Verification

ba89 may request valid identification or other supporting documents from a user at any time for identity verification purposes. ba89 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and security codes confidential. ba89 will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

To make financial transactions at ba89 fast and convenient, we support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment methods are not accepted, and such transactions will be cancelled.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, but delays may occur due to technical reasons.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if the verification process has not been completed.
• Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements set on that bonus have been met.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ba89 provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. While each offer has its own specific terms, the following general bonus policy applies in all cases.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳300.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• More than one bonus cannot be claimed at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• ba89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while enjoying sports betting and casino gaming at ba89.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ba89 reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• If suspicious betting activity or an apparent connection to match-fixing is identified, ba89 reserves the right to investigate those bets and cancel them if necessary.

5.2 Casino Gaming

All casino games are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes. If you experience any issues due to a software error during gaming, please notify the support team. ba89 is committed to ensuring fair play.

5.3 VIP Program

The ba89 VIP program has four tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular betting activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback is automatically credited to the account at the designated time each week.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba89 platform, and violation of these rules may result in account closure, asset forfeiture, and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to conduct betting or gaming.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Harassing other users or using inappropriate language on the platform.
• Gathering information for business interests that are directly or indirectly competitive with ba89.
• Bonus abuse — such as attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times.

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any existing balance will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy before the account is closed; however, any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be cancelled.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by ba89

ba89 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or indications of fraud.
• Evidence of account use by a minor.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than twelve months).

ba89's maximum liability for any complaint or claim will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

ba89 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is always kept current.

10.1 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable or invalid, only that clause will be considered void. The remaining terms will remain fully valid and in effect.
